Not a government office. Adair County Warrant Records cannot run an official check, clear a warrant, post bond, arrange a surrender, or answer a personal legal question.
Adair County District-Court Records
The Adair County Court Clerk is the first route for a district-court warrant or docket question. The official courthouse page lists 220 West Division, Stilwell, OK 74960, phone 918-696-7633, fax 918-696-5365, and `nichole.cooper@oscn.net`. Listed hours are 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 4:30 p.m., closed from noon to 1:00. Ask about current status, next setting, copy procedure, and fees.
OSCN can help locate a participating docket, but the Court Clerk remains the verification route. The County Clerk is a different office for recorded county documents and should not be treated as the criminal docket custodian.
Adair County Sheriff and Agency Questions
Public official sources list the Adair County Sheriff at 918-696-2106, with an association directory showing 600 S Paul Mead Dr., Stilwell, OK 74960. The address and dated fax information should be confirmed before use. No dedicated warrant line, online roster, or public records-request form was located.
Ask the sheriff’s operator to route a service, custody, or agency-record question. The sheriff is not the issuing court and cannot replace the Court Clerk’s answer about recall, quash, bond, or a next setting.
City and Town Court Routes

- Westville: Town Hall is listed at 221 Williams Avenue with phone 918-723-3988. Ask for the current town or court clerk.
- Watts: the city-linked payment page shows 220 Second Street and 918-422-5924. Confirm the current municipal clerk and police route because directory details differ.

Records Requests and Emergencies
For a written request, name the custodian, court or city, record type, approximate date, and case number if known. Ask for an existing disposition, service or return, recall, or quash record. Ask for a fee estimate and the exemption for any withheld part. Title 51 §24A.8 supports access to covered warrant-disposition records if kept, subject to exemptions.
Call 911 only for an emergency. Routine record questions belong with the court, city clerk, or sheriff’s public route. Do not use emergency dispatch to seek a docket status.
